By accessing or using any service on the mt33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Access to mt33 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of minors is prohibited. mt33 verifies age during the KYC process and reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on mt33. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — may be suspended and any associated balances or winnings forfeited pending review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mt33 login credentials. mt33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.
All deposits and wagers on mt33 involve real money. Players are responsible for understanding the financial risks involved. mt33 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits and self-exclusion — use them if needed.
Fraud, bonus abuse, match-fixing, money laundering, and use of automated betting tools are strictly prohibited on mt33. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.
mt33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of last update is shown above.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by mt33, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with the mt33 Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and mt33 with respect to your use of the Platform.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting mt33 customer support.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding contract. We strongly encourage all Members to read them carefully before registering.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Service on mt33. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. mt33 will verify your age during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering and using the Services. mt33 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. mt33 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Member arising from their use of the Platform.
3.3 Single Account Rule. Each natural person may hold only one active account on mt33. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different identities, contact details, or payment methods, is a material breach of these Terms. mt33 may suspend all associated accounts and forfeit associated balances upon detection.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees and close relatives of mt33 or its technology, game, and payment service providers; (c) individuals who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the mt33 platform.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mt33 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you.
4.2 Suspected Compromise. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify mt33 customer support immediately via live chat. mt33 may temporarily freeze your account while the situation is investigated.
4.3 KYC Verification. mt33 is required to verify the identity of all Members before activating full withdrawal privileges. You must provide valid identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport for Malaysian members) — and any additional documents reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.
4.4 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your mt33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (net of bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method.
4.5 Account Closure by mt33. mt33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; or any other conduct considered harmful to the platform, other Members, or the integrity of the Services.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mt33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian Members: FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating FPX banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available methods and processing times are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change. Deposits that do not meet the stated minimum will not be credited to your account balance.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. mt33 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
5.5 Currency. All account balances on mt33 are held and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion for any payment instrument denominated in a different currency will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.6 Taxes. mt33 does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of Members. You are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations arising from gambling winnings or other transactions on the Platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian or international law.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on mt33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sporting event, casino game, or slot title, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. In the event of any ambiguity, the Platform rules take precedence.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. mt33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion — including where a system error has produced incorrect odds, where a bet is placed after an event has commenced, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, error in odds, or any other system fault, mt33 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes. No bet placed during a confirmed system malfunction shall be considered valid.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits may apply to certain bet types, markets, or game titles. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. mt33 will not be obligated to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout.
6.5 Live Betting. For in-play / live betting markets, odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended or adjusted during match events. Any bet accepted prior to suspension stands. mt33 accepts no responsibility for delays in live odds updates due to third-party data feed issues.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by mt33 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and contributing game types are specified in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Registering multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or using any mechanism to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. mt33 may void bonuses and associated winnings, and close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be combined. Where a Member is enrolled in a promotion, participation in a second simultaneous promotion is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the terms of both offers.
7.5 mt33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has taken qualifying action, mt33 will determine a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the affected Member.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mt33 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 mt33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request self-exclusion from the mt33 platform by contacting customer support via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and may be set for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked and re-registration will be refused.
9.3 Age Verification. mt33 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Identity verification is performed during KYC, and any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed.

10.1 All content on the mt33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and design elements — is the property of mt33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 The mt33 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, mt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services — including losses arising from third-party technical failures, data transmission errors, or interruptions to platform availability.
11.2 mt33's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 mt33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Applicable Law.
12.1 mt33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 mt33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the Platform, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice. In such circumstances, mt33 will endeavour to return verified account balances to Members using available payment methods.
12.3 These Terms may be terminated with respect to an individual Member at any time by mt33 where the Member is found to be in breach. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations as at the date of termination.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of mt33's operating licence, without reference to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Disputes. In the event of a dispute between you and mt33 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact mt33 customer support via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. mt33 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under mt33's operating licence jurisdiction. Details of applicable escalation procedures will be provided upon request to the mt33 support team.
